Human Design Reading with Kell Quarrell Agreement

Definitions
The following definitions apply to this Agreement:
Agreement means the agreement between the Client and Kell Quarrell for Human Design Reading Services under and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Agreement Date means the date you execute this Agreement.
Client, you, your means the party purchasing the Human Design Reading as identified on the Purchase Order.
Details means the Agreement Details to which these Terms and Conditions are attached.
Fee means the fees for the Human Design Reading, as stipulated in the Purchase Order.
Terms and Conditions means these terms and conditions.
Services means the Human Design Reading services provided by Kell Quarrell to the Client.
Kell Quarrell, me, I means Trading Name: Kell Quarrell for AA & KJ Quarrell Family Trust ABN: 95 192 405 065.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Client agrees to pay the Human Design Reading fees (including GST) for services with Kell Quarrell using the payment method selected on the Purchase Order.
The Client accepts that she is required to pay the full amount of the Reading fees even if she does not attend or complete the scheduled session.
The duration of the Human Design Reading with Kell Quarrell is stated on the checkout page.
The commencement of the Reading is the date on which the service is purchased unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.
Client Engagement
Client engagement is complete when the Client has been issued confirmation of booking and any relevant access details for the Reading.
Human Design Reading services are valid from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Access to your Human Design Resources has no expiry unless otherwise stated.
Special offer coupon codes cannot be applied retrospectively and must be added at the time of purchase.
Human Design Reading fees are non-transferable to any other person.
Human Design Resources and Access
Resources are supplied in a digital format (via email or Members Portal, where applicable), unless otherwise stated, and are provided solely for the Client's personal use.
All resources of Kell Quarrell, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Kell Quarrell. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the resources without prior written consent.
Resources may include written materials, digital reports, session recordings (where provided), and other supporting materials related to your Human Design Reading.
Occasionally, the Members Portal may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance. In the event of downtime, alternative access to materials will be provided where possible.
Withdrawal and Refunds
Kell Quarrell complies with Australian Consumer Law regarding refunds. Refunds are not available for change of mind or if you decide not to proceed with your Reading after purchase.
In exceptional circumstances, a 50% refund may be considered if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Director. No refunds will be provided after 7 days.
Rescheduling Policy
To ensure the smooth running of sessions, the following rescheduling policy applies:
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule your session.
- If at least 24 hours' notice is provided, the session may be rebooked at a mutually available time.
- If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or if you do not attend your scheduled session, your session will be forfeited, and no reschedule or refund will be offered.
By purchasing a Human Design Reading, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
We will make reasonable efforts to keep all information you provide secure and ensure that no unauthorised use, modification, reproduction, or disclosure occurs.
Information about you will only be disclosed:
- as required by law; or
- for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including responding to any queries or claims).
Your information is treated as confidential and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
By purchasing Human Design Reading Services, you agree to be subscribed to our mailing list and receive our regular newsletter.
Kell Quarrell Code of Practice
Kell Quarrell agrees to provide:
- A tax invoice upon completion of the purchase.
- Confirmation and access details for your Reading.
- Pre-session evaluation form (where applicable) 48 hours prior to your session.
- Session notes and/or recordings within 24 hours after completion of your session (if included).
- A direct online message thread via an agreed-upon platform.
Kell Quarrell commits to providing professional, confidential, and focused guidance to support your understanding of your unique Human Design.
Disclaimer
You acknowledge that your insights, decisions, and actions following your Human Design Reading remain your responsibility.
You are responsible for:
- Booking your session via the calendar link provided.
- Completing any pre-session forms at least 12 hours prior to your session.
- Providing at least 24 hours' notice if rescheduling is required.
- Implementing any recommendations or reflections post-session.
- Seeking additional clarification or support if required.
